参展须知

Notice

1、参展企业填妥参展合同,经办人签名盖公章,将参展合同交至承办单位;
2、承办单位根据参展合同,经审核后参展方缴纳定金;
3、参展方缴纳定金并取得交款收据,参展商按交款顺序选择展位;

4、参展企业在确认参展后(交纳定金),余款于展商大会付清,未经组委会同意,不得撤消参展申请,已交款项概不退还,若在合同规定期未支付相关尾款,取消参展资格。组委会保留调整或处理展位的权利。


1. The exhibiting enterprises shall fill in the Participation Contract, sign and stamp the official seal of the agent, and submit the participation contract to the organizer;

2. The organizer shall pay the deposit according to the exhibition contract after the examination and approval;

3. The exhibitor shall pay the deposit and obtain the payment receipt, and select the booth according to the payment order;

4. After the exhibitor confirms to participate in the exhibition (pay deposit), the remaining payment will be paid at the exhibitor conference. Without the consent of the organizing committee, the exhibitor shall not cancel the application for participation. The payment already paid will not be refunded. If relevant balance payment is not paid within the period specified in the contract, the exhibitor will be disqualified. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust or handle the booth.
